STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Alex Taft, Town Attorney Walsma (telephonically), Planning and Zoning Clerk Nora Yackley, Police Chief Jeff Gilbert, Heidi Turner Finance Director and Christy Butler Secretary.

NEW BUSINESS:
063010 – SP1. Discussion and possible action to change our primary bank to Horizon Community Bank
Council Member Lukkasson motioned to change the Town’s primary bank to Horizon Community Bank. Motion seconded by Council Member Winslow. Mayor Foster calls for the vote. Vote – 6 in favor 1 member absent. MOTION CARRIED.
063010 – SP2. Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 10-13- Approving and enacting the change and updates to the Town of Quartzsite Personnel Policy.
Council Member Lukkasson motioned to discussion and possible approval of Resolution 10-13 approving and enacting the change and updates to the Town of Quartzsite Personnel Policy. Motion seconded by Council Member Kelley.
Mayor Foster calls for the vote. Vote –6 in favor 1 member absent. MOTION CARRIED.
COMMUNICATIONS/PETITIONS & CITIZEN COMMENTS: (call to the public)
Ms. Shanana “Rain” Golden –Bear gives a clarifying statement on what was placed on the internet as to the actions at the last council meeting.
