The Town of Quartzsite Park rules and regulations • Park hours are 6 am to 10 pm on one is allowed in the park after 10 p. m, except during a scheduled activity or city events. • No excessive noise. (If the police are called to your event because of the noise level of your deposit may not be reimbursed.) • Dogs and all pets must have a leash at all times. • Park only in designated areas. • Maximum speed limit inside the park is 15 miles per hour. • The vehicles are not allowed inside the park, except on designated roads and parking areas. ATV and other off-road vehicles are not allowed in the park unless the vehicle is authorized by the Department of motor vehicles, and then only on designated roads and designated parking areas. • NO damage or wastefully or misusing any temporary or permanent fixture, playground, recreation area or facility: the cause or facilities or lighting appliances that are turned on or used without the express permission of the City. • There is no domestic or commercial garbage dumping. Not littering, each person or group is responsible for cleaning the area of the park they use. • Not a day for camping. No overnight RV parking except when authorized in connection with a special event permit. • No campfires, except in grills. Park users must abide by all rules and restrictions fire. • No firearms, BB guns, blow guns, slingshots or archery. No carrying of firearms, firecrackers, rockets or other fireworks. • No alcoholic beverages can be consumed south of Senter street, except within 100 feet of the baseball park concession stand. • Alcoholic beverages can not be sold without a special event liquor license. • NO glass containers. • NOT destroy, disturb, injure, alter, remove or alter a natural feature, trees, shrubs, wildflowers, public building, sign, equipment, or any other structure or property. • Children eight years and under, must be supervised by an adult while playing on the playground equipment. I have read and understand the rules and regulations, as noted above. Failure to obey the rules and regulations may result in the loss of my deposit and the possible elimination of the park, by signing the park permit I accepts the rules.
