Public Notice of Intent for New or Increased Fees

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH NEW/INCREASED RATES, FEES AND ASSESSMENTS FOR TOWN LICENSES, PERMITS, COPIES, COURT, POLICE TRANSPORTATION AND ZONING CHARGES; AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to ARS §9-499.15, the Town of Quartzsite hereby gives notice that it may adopt new/increased rates, fees and assessments related to licenses, permits, copies, court, police, transportation, and zoning charges.

Reports and/or schedules detailing the proposed new/increased rates, fees, and assessments, including staff report is available at the office of the Quartzsite Town Clerk, 465 N. Plymouth Ave., Quartzsite, Arizona and on the Town’s website: www.quartzsiteaz.org.

The Town of Quartzsite Council will consider this matter at its regular Town Council meeting to be held at the Quartzsite Town Council Chambers, located at 465 N. Plymouth Ave., Quartzsite, Arizona at 7:00 p.m., on December 12, 2023. Following such consideration, the Town Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said ordinance or resolution.

The proposed new/increased rates, fees, and assessments are identified and listed in the attached document entitled TOWN OF QUARTZSITE SCHEDULE OF FEES and STAFF REPORT.

A copy of the TOWN OF QUARTZSITE SCHEDULE OF FEES is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 465 N. Plymouth Ave., Quartzsite, AZ and available to the public.
